Jacksboro ISD is proud to announce two seniors, Xitlali Avalos and Patton Fry, who have been selected for the Texas Leadership Program, which will prepare them for life after graduation. Cohorts of students will be connected with peer and professional networks and mentors, participate in unique leadership development programs, and receive opportunities for undergraduate research and study abroad options. Only 250 students are selected to become Texas Leadership Scholars each year. They will have 100% of tuition and fees covered, along with housing and food, for up to 4 years. Xitlali plans to attend MSU and Patton plans to attend TWU. Congratulations!
