What is inclusion

You may have heard inclusion referred to as "mainstreaming".
Inclusion means including all children to the "maximum extent appropriate" with their non-disabled peers.
In other words....
We provide whatever services and supports are necessary to allow students with special needs to be educated in the general education environment with their peers.
