Biography

I graduated from JHS in 1982.

My husband, Brian and I have 2 boys that attend Jacksboro Elementary.

I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Studies from Texas Woman's University.

This is my 6th year at JHS.

Jacksboro High School Social Studies

Government and Economics is going to work very hard this year. We have a challenging new curriculum this year, C-Scope, that should really help get these kids really for college. Each week the kids are turning in a Current Event that should be a challenge. There will be many daily assignments each week, also. Their Senior year is going to fly by!!

Art I will be studying basics and doing small projects after each chapter.

Art II will be studying drawing and watercolor.

Art III will be working on pottery and clay firing as the semester progresses.

We are going to have a great year!
