Jacksboro High School Announces Registration Schedule

Jacksboro High School will host orientation for students during the week of August 12-15. The class orientation schedule is outlined below. Students must attend orientation in order to receive their class schedule or purchase a parking permit.
Schedule for Class Orientation
• Senior Orientation – Tuesday, August 12 (9:00 – 12:30 PM)
• Junior Orientation – Wednesday, August 13 (9:00 – 12:00 PM)
• Sophomore Orientation – Thursday, August 14 (9:00 – 11:30 AM)
• Freshmen Orientation – Friday, August 15 (9:00 – 11:30 AM)
New Student Enrollment
• New Student Enrollment – Thursday, August 7 (9:00 – 12:00 & 1:00 – 4:00)
All new students to JISD must provide a copy of their Social Security Card, birth certificate, and shot records.
Parking Permits
Parking permits will be sold at a cost $10.00. In order to purchase a parking permit, students will need to provide:
- Drivers license
- Vehicle license plate number
- Proof of insurance
- Signed consent for random drug testing on file. Drug testing consent forms are available in the High School office.
