JHS Student Council Promotes Good Sportsmanship
The JHS Student Council is once again promoting good sportsmanship by providing a good sportsmanship gift to the visiting schools at all home football games. This year the gifts are purple, yellow and white flowers. The purple flowers symbolize the spirit and pride in Jacksboro High School; the yellow flowers symbolize the friendly competition between schools, and the white flowers symbolize the fairness and integrity of a well-played athletic event. The flowers are being donated this year by Grace Peterson of Woodshed Works, a full service florist in Jacksboro, TX.
